My friend at the figure shop told me to sold it to the cosplayers or the Lucky Star fan but I think it's weird item that I got from buying the game and decided to keep it. Lucky Star isn't the series that includes the clothes as premium package in my opinion. Ikkitouzen and Eika-16 include the heroine's panty in their premium packages are looked normal for me but for Lucky Star it isn't. Thank you for your comment.
