Recently there is the message from reader to me asking what difference between original manga and Thai manga. First I thought I will just reply to the message since it’s simple questions but thinking again. I should share it to other readers instead.

NED who is the company publishing Yotsubato! Thai edition, decided to stop publish Yotsubato! because it aren’t sold well. This action made many fans angry. This is not the first manga which NED abandons. Saikano, Tenjho Tenge and others are abandoned too because the contents aren’t suitable for minor (who are the largest customers of manga in Thailand.) or they aren’t sold well.
NED is not the one who stop publish the manga which isn’t end. All major publishers in Thailand usually do it for many reason. Angelic Layer’s stop published because the publisher broke the contact. GANTZ’s reason is the same as Saikano and Tenjo Tenge. (Sex and Nude)
I’m very sad when I know this news but I can read little Japanese and Japanese edition of Yotsubato! isn’t hard to read. Only problem is it’s very expensive.
Because I get the long vacation. I decided to write the review of the book I bought from the Thailand International Book Fair. I completed reading all of manga I bought but I haven’t finished read the novels and light novels yet. This is the first review. “CHOCOLAT”
Yesterday I saw the manga release date by Bongkoch who has almost licenses of shoujo manga and some licenses from Kadokawa and Mag Garden in Thailand. I’m bored because of this week there aren’t any interest manga from it but I saw the name “DOROTHEA โดโรธี ยอดสาวปราบทรชน” so I’m sure that it is “ドロテア～魔女の鉄鎚~” by Cuvie.
For who don’t know who is Cuvie. Cuvie is mangaka who write many Hentai comic in Japan. The thing that make me like his (or her I don’t know.) works is the girls he draw are very cute and his techniques are also great compare with other works. I think Dorothea is his first non-hentai work.
For Dorothea I read some scan from the book. The story may be about Dorothea who is half-devil or something. I don’t know any further than this because my Japanese isn’t strong but it’s looked interesting me.
The first book will be released on 9th this month. The cost is 40 Baht.(about 1 US Dollar.) at the book stores in Thailand.
