Last month I had the opportunity to follow my family member to Japan suddenly. Let’s see how’s my trip going.

Begin the trip at Suvarnabhumi Airport. The departure gate’s very far and lonely. There are also no Wi-Fi signal for using with the free account I got from the airport.

Although I usually go to the Suvarnabhumi Airport due to my work with their duty free section. This is the first time I’m on board the plane here. It’s a Boeing 777-300ER from JAL.

After on board for a while. Air hostesses began serving snacks. I asked them for Sky Time which is the JAL original citrus drink. I was fully awake after drank it.

For wine lover. Don’t miss the original red and white wine from JAL. They are served as the small bottle. I really want it but I can’t drink alcohol. Too bad.

A couple hours before landing. They served the breakfast. Their taste is so so but the yogurt made me to be diarrhea for around 2 days. Maybe it’s too strong for my stomach.

There is the entertainment system here but the contents are so boring. Luckily they have NMB48’s songs here without the DJ voice in them.

The playlist covers their first single to the latest one. Good job!

The headphone used for entertainment system is MDR-5055 from Sony. I never heard this model anywhere so I think it may be OEM for JAL. The sound is clear mid and lack of bass like ordinary headphone. However I like its slim design which is stronger than I thought.

The plane landed. The ground’s wet from raining. Felt like we may experience the bad weather in this trip.

After passing all checkpoints without problem. We were queue at JR East ticket center for buying N’EX + Suica. The queue was very long and full with foreigners who are waiting for exchanging their JR pass coupon to the real ticket.

N’EX + Suica is the package which contains Narita Express (N’EX) ticket and 1,500 yen worth of Suica cash card for a discounted price. It’s very suitable for those who travel only in Tokyo.

Don’t forget to use N’EX ticket when boarding the N’EX. Not Suica or your N’EX will be waste.

It’s coming but not the one we took.

To board N’EX. Make sure you board the right train, car and seat. Not only you may sit on other’s seat. You may go to the different  than you want since some N’EX train will be separated into 2 trains for different destinations.

The one I boarded will be separated at Tokyo station to go to Shinjuku and Shinagawa station.

To find where to waiting for the right car. Just check the number on the floor that the same as the number on ticket and wait here. The door will be position exactly at the number when the train stops at the platform.

Inside N’EX car is very comfortable. There the large seats which can be adjust, snack cart and shelf for luggages with security lock.

See Tokyo Sky Tree from a far. The sky is so clear because it’s after raining maybe.

Also passed Sony City Osaki. It’s Sony main office where is going to be sold for increasing company’s cash.
